When using grease lubrication, should choose no impurity, antioxidation, antirust, extreme pressure and other functional superior grease.

Deep groove ball bearings with sealed structure have been filled with grease, users can be used directly, no more cleaning.

When the deep groove ball bearing is installed, the deep groove ball bearing must apply equal pressure on the circumference of the end surface of the ring and press the ring into it.

You must not hit the end surface of the deep groove ball bearing directly with tools such as the hammer head, so as not to damage the deep groove ball bearing.

In the case of a small excess, you can use the sleeve to press the end surface of the deep groove ball bearing sleeve at room temperature, hit the sleeve with the hammer head, and evenly press the sleeve through the sleeve.

If installed in large quantities, hydraulic press may be used. When pressing in, ensure that the outer end surface and the outer shoulder surface of the shell platform, the inner end surface and the shoulder surface of the shaft platform are pressed tightly, and there is no clearance allowed.

1. Measure the dimensions of the shaft and deep groove ball bearing seat holes to determine the matching accuracy of the deep groove ball bearings.

The cooperation requirements are as follows:

The outer ring and the deep groove ball bearing seat hole are matched with a gap of 0 to +6 μm(but the gap can also be increased when the deep groove ball bearing at the free end uses a corner contact ball deep groove ball bearing); The error of the roundness of the shaft and the seat hole surface is below 2 μm, the parallelism of the ring used for the deep groove ball bearing is below 2 μm, and the inner end of the shaft shoulder beats below 2 μm.

Deep groove ball bearing seat hole beats below 4 μm to the axis; The inner end of the front cover of the main axis beats below the axis of 4 μm.

2. Installation of the fixed end front deep groove ball bearing on the shaft:

The deep groove ball bearings are thoroughly cleaned with clean cleaning kerosene. For grease lubrication, the organic solvent containing 3 <UNK> ~ 5 <UNK> grease is first injected into the deep groove ball bearings for degreasing cleaning.

The oil gun is then used to fill the deep groove ball bearings with quantitative grease(10 to 15 inches of the space volume of the deep groove ball bearings); Heating deep groove ball bearings to heat up 20 ~ 30 °C, use oil presses to load deep groove ball bearings into the shaft end;

Press the sleeve on the shaft and hold the end surface of the deep groove ball bearing at the appropriate pressure to make its axial positioning;

The strap of the spring scale is rolled on the outer ring of the deep groove ball bearing, and the specified pre-load is verified by measuring the starting moment(even if the deep groove ball bearing is correct, but due to the deformation of the match or holder, Preload also has the possibility of change).
